The Review of Political Economy is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal welcoming constructive and critical contributions in all areas of political economy, including Behavioural economics, Ecological economics, Feminist economics, Institutional economics, Kaleckian economics, Marxian economics, Polanyian economics, Post-Keynesian economics, Schumpeterian economics, Sraffian economics, as well as in the tradition of the theory of the Monetary Circuit. ROPE also encourages submissions in Agent-based modelling and the Stock-flow consistent approach. The Review publishes both theoretical and empirical research, and is also open to submissions in methodology, economic history and the history of economic thought that cast light on issues of contemporary relevance in political economy. Comments on articles published in the Review are encouraged.

Peer Review Policy:
All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by two anonymous referees.

Authors can choose to publish gold open access in this journal.
